This Privacy Policy explains how ASTX Player (“we”, “the app”) handles information when you create an account or use the application. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
ASTX Player is a media player application with optional account features such as sign-in and sync across your own devices. Contact: noreply@paydos.com.tr
2. Information we collect
- Account: name, email address, and a hashed password.
- Account settings: profile names and similar preferences you choose to sync.
- Technical data: limited logs needed to keep the service secure and working (for example, error reports). We do not log your password.
We do not require access to your contacts, photos, or microphone to create an account. Playback happens on your device from sources you configure.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account
- Send email verification and password-reset messages
- Sync the settings you choose across devices signed in to your account
- Prevent abuse and operate the service
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers
We use an email delivery provider to send account emails. Hosting providers process data solely to run the service. If you purchase an in-app subscription, payment is handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Retention and security
We keep account data while your account is active, or as required by law. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You may request access or correction by emailing noreply@paydos.com.tr. To delete your account and associated app data, use the account deletion page. We email a confirmation link before deletion is completed.
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Optional kid-friendly profiles are a parental control feature, not a children’s social service.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available in the app’s legal pages. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
