End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and ASTX Player for use of the ASTX Player application and related account services (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. We retain all rights in the App, including name, branding, and software. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except where applicable law allows.
2. Account
- You must provide accurate information when you register.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- We may require email verification before certain features are available.
3. Your content and media
The App is a player and companion tool. You decide which media libraries or streams to open in the App. You represent that you have the legal right to access any media you play. We do not provide television channels, movies, or other media catalogs as a service of our own.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App in violation of any law or third-party right
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Misuse account or API access, or share credentials that are not yours
We may suspend or terminate access if this Agreement is violated.
5. Purchases
Optional paid features may be offered through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple or Google, as applicable.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate this license if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination you must stop using the App.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
